PRICING INFORMATION
All residents moving into Vineyard Ranch will be evaluated and assessed by our licensed nurse to determine proper care level and treatments to Wellness program. Rates are not inclusive of base rent and care fees.
Apartment Base Fee includes rent, three daily Chef-prepared meals, healthy snacks, weekly housekeeping, linens and towels, weekly laundry, utilities, activities, and landscaping:
